Our products are designed, produced and certified in the UK and subject to UK standards and regulations. They contain the phyto-cannabinoid, Cannabidiol (CBD). The products are formulated with isolated CBD so do not contain any THC. We are not aware of any adverse effects of CBD nor our product formulations when used in the recommended way. Although CBD has been used for centuries in many different countries as a herbal remedy, natural CBD has not undergone formal medical trials. Our customers must satisfy themselves they are happy to use our products and have taken medical advice on any potential adverse effects or conflict with other drugs they are taking.
Bioactive Health Ltd, trading as CBPLUS receives payment with VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the order is made on the website. All amounts are in GBP and include VAT. CBPLUS.co.uk uses an authorised payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you can not read your information.
CBPLUS delivers on every weekday. For First Class orders delivery time is 1-3 days. CBPLUS does not take responsibility for customs fees, customs delays and other customs problems. CBPLUS does not take responsibility for delivery times. We post all items promptly but local couriers determine delivery time. We only ship to United Kingdom (UK).
CBPLUS will accept undamaged and unopened returns on request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Goods must be returned within 14 days upon us providing you return instructions.The purchaser will pay for any return costs.
If a refund has been agreed, we will refund to your original payment provider following receipt of the the returned goods.
There are 2 years of right of claim under the Purchasing Act. Your right of complaint applies to defects in materials and / or fabrication.
